As a passionate young professional, I am extremely interested in engaging business innovation, corporate social responsibility and international development. I am fervent about the transformational impact that technology and innovation can have on an organization, the community and greater social good. In school, I focused on social and sustainable entrepreneurship to conceptualize the ways in which for-profit entities can increase shareholder value while also using their influence to drive social change.
I have had many amazing opportunities to live and work internationally, and hold dual Italian and American citizenship. I lived abroad in Zurich, Switzerland; Pune, India; Bologna, Italy; and London, England. I have held various positions, from founding my own catering company after high school, to working as a business analyst embedding the customer experience into a smartphone app during the digital transformation of a travel company in the heart of London. I have also worked as a Development Intern in micro finance, where I fostered business, economic and social development in the slums of India.
These experiences have taught me to look at problems and situations in new ways which allow me to envision and create strategic pathways for the future. As a result, I am able to quickly adapt to novel cultures and environments in order to leverage opportunities to maximize my own impact to the benefit of the firm.
I am eager to further my learning in the next stages of my life and career by immersing myself in situations in which I can engage my passions, be challenged and continue to develop my abilities in business management and innovation.
I am a graduate of Dickinson College, with a degree in International Business & Management (INBM), focused in social entrepreneurship, and minors in Economics and Italian.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inaugurated into two honor societies: Sigma Beta Delta and Alpha Lambda Delta. I was honored to receive the Grant D. Fryling award which is given to one graduating senior who shows academic excellence in combination with commitment and passion in their field of study.
My many leadership positions in my work and volunteering have taught me to be a strong leader and role model; I have grasped the ability to be innovative and creative while also maintaining a very professional and strong presence. I have also learned the beauty of collaboration; that the power and talents of many can exponentially magnify the capability of one. I am a passionate, curious and self-motivated worker. I pride myself on my organization, critical thinking and an articulate communication.
